With over 29 years of experience in project and program management, I have successfully delivered high-impact IT solutions and strategic and analytical research for various organizations, including the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the New York State Police. As a PMO Program Manager at ECS, I managed a $1.3 million cybersecurity services program across multiple inter-company contracts, applying project/program management best practices and risk management principles to achieve established business goals and objectives. Also, as a project manager at ECS, I oversaw the development and integration of an AI/ML predictive analytic application that leverages medical logistics data to provide cloud-based solutions to military end users. I am a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in technical writing, intergovernmental relations, and communication strategies. I have cultivated and nurtured partnerships with global stakeholders and professional organizations, such as law enforcement agency clients with the International Association of Chiefs of Police, where I served as a project manager for two years. I am a self-motivating, adaptable team player with communication expertise across various business channels. My current undertaking is to leverage my skills and experience to deliver innovative and effective IT solutions and research that enhance the performance and security of organizations and communities.
