Currently serving as a Tier 2 Manager at TelWare, leading a team of technicians handling complex escalations, dispatch operations, and client-facing troubleshooting. I’ve built my career on continuous growth — starting as a Tier 1 tech, advancing through multiple roles at GLS, and now managing Tier 2 operations while engaged in a temporary internship with the Engineering Department to expand my technical expertise. My technical background includes hands-on work with Avaya, Cisco, 3CX, Bright Pattern, NetSapiens, Peplink, UniFi Networks, Microsoft Teams Voice, Netgate pfSense, and Fortinet. I’ve also managed enterprise-level projects, including supporting Southwest Airlines’ Riverbed, F5, and Cisco phone systems. Beyond networking and VoIP, I am actively advancing into AI and automation through LLM Engineering: Master AI and Large Language Models.
