About Timothy Dull

An adaptable leader with 17 years of experience as a management analyst, Lean Six Sigma facilitator, project manager, and educator. As a leader I've had the privilege to guide numerous teams of professionals in pursuit of strategic objectives and in providing business value to customers throughout a variety of contexts. My leadership philosophy is to provide strategic vision and then serve my team members by equipping, training, and supporting them in a way that fosters their personal and professional growth. I have consistently created work environments that allow people to flourish by using their unique talents while working to build effective teams and relationships. I am skilled in working with international partners as my career has afforded me the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to work with so many great people from diverse backgrounds. As a Lean Six Sigma facilitator, I discovered my intersecting passions of developing teams and solving relevant problems for my customers. I have facilitated numerous Lean events within a wide variety of fields that have produced significant cost and time savings. As I transition from the military, I am excited to bring my servant leadership, process improvement, and project management experience to the private sector. I look forward to helping companies reach new heights!
