For the past decade, I’ve been guiding members of the LGBTQ+ community and those living with HIV/AIDS toward vitality, strength, and self-love through personalized wellness coaching rooted in compassion, accountability, and serious results. Whether we’re lifting weights or lifting your spirit, I bring a whole-self approach that honors your story and celebrates your evolution. But I’m not just about plants and protein — I’m also a cosmic guide, studying astrology through Kepler College to help people understand their bodies, emotions, and purpose through the language of the stars.
