About Timothy Frommeyer

I have the privilege of leading a skilled and dedicated team of associates supporting financial management, controllership and tax, actuarial services, risk and capital management, and data science development. I'm also fortunate to guide Nationwide’s investment organization and real estate investment division that together manage portfolios in excess of $120 billion. I began my career as an actuary focusing on risk management, pricing and profitability management, and pivoted into adjacent leadership roles in Operations and Call Centers, Product Management, and Business leadership. These experiences provided the necessary formation to serve as CFO of Nationwide’s primary operating companies, and as Chief Actuary. I have been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Columbus Metropolitan Library system, and also to boards and organizations that actively support women’s care and marriage preparation. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and 2 (soon to be 3) grandsons, following the NBA, and fitness activities that are connected to my pandemic purchase, the Peloton cycle.
