I have a PhD in English Language and Literature, which enables me to communicate effectively, creatively, and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders. I lead a small but dynamic team of operations professionals, who share my passion for creating fresh and quality products that enhance the beauty and health of our customers. I am responsible for overseeing the co-manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and quality control processes, as well as developing and implementing data-driven systems and strategies that eliminate waste, optimize efficiency, and support growth. I am also committed to building a culture of aspiration, inspiration, and collaboration within my team and across the organization, leveraging my writing skills and emotional intelligence to foster positive and productive relationships.
