About Timothy Gibson

At iJAG, our mission is to pave educational and career pathways for students, a commitment that I carry into Waukee High School. My expertise in time management and communication is instrumental in supporting at-risk students to envision and achieve their post-graduation goals. With a background in restaurant management, the transition into educational support was fueled by a dedication to service and community engagement. The skills honed in my previous role as an Assistant General Manager – such as staff training and social media brand promotion – now contribute to the development of innovative education programs. Collaborating closely with school district teams, we create inclusive environments that not only foster academic success but also prepare students for their future careers. Together, we're building stronger futures.
