I have received my P.O.S.T California Certificate from The Palomar College Police Academy. I have completed 57.5 college credit units in Criminal Justice. I also completed 24 credits in the studies of Political Science, Sociology, English, and Journalism and I studied at UEI Vocational College in the Criminal Justice Program and received 920 hours of Training and a Diploma. My past experience includes 8 years of Sales & Account Management for 7up/ Dr. Pepper & Snapple Bottling Group. With 7up/ Dr. Pepper I learned strong supervisory skills, communication and achieving sales goals set. My role as an Account Manager was also responsible for directly supervising 10 Merchandisers in my Territory. I am currently working as a Site Supervisor for a private security service in Carlsbad, CA. I supervise 12 patrol officers daily, offer conflict resolution, report writing, scheduling/payroll tasks, and work with a culturally diverse staff.
