Open and honest communicator skilled at applying strong interpersonal talents in working jointly with project owners, client representatives, and internal senior management on ensuring project safety, progress, and objectives are expeditiously being driven and completed. I am a construction worker first grow up in the trades, now I am the Manager / General Superintendent you need. I work very well in high pressure environments and tight time frame situations as well as handling the needs and concerns of clients and their representatives. I have been called upon many times to deliver projects that have gone behind schedule and to recover time and cut cost. I am at my best in performance when the pressure is on and final decisions have to be made. I have a safety record of never having allowed any of my personnel to be injured seriously or allowing them to take un-needed risk. This in itself adds to the project bottom line and increases production allowing for a safe and productive progression of work. At the end of the day I am a hand that is in search of a good job, would be great to have a new home company, a place to grow old and retire someday, but right now I just really want to be back on a great job leading my crews.
