Currently a Neuroimaging Informatics Manager with the University of Minnesota Informatics Institute and Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain. My primary responsibilities include brain MR (magnetic resonance) data processing and analysis for the researchers at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain on a client by client basis and software standardization. Additional duties involve providing project oversight on data processing/analysis, and software development, and acting as a liaison between researchers and software developers and system administrators. Technical knowledge used: Linux, Bash Scripting, Python, High Performance Computing (CPU and GPU), MATLAB, docker/singularity, brain anatomy, MR physics, statistics and machine learning- Formerly a Neuroimaging Analyst/Staff Scientist with the University of Minnesota Informatics Institute. My primary responsibilities included data collection and data analysis of MR (Magnetic Resonance) data. Technical knowledge needed for this position include: Linux, Bash Scripting, MATLAB, MR physics, cerebral anatomy, and statistics.
