About Timothy Hunter

As Vice President of Finance at Launchpad Build, I lead the company’s global financial strategy, investor relations, and capital planning initiatives as we scale production of our next-generation robotics platforms across the U.S. and U.K. With a strong foundation in corporate finance and strategic operations—honed through years of experience and an Executive MBA from Brown University—I’m focused on driving growth, operational discipline, and sustainable profitability. At Launchpad, we’re building more than hardware—we’re engineering a new model for advanced manufacturing. My role is to ensure the company’s financial infrastructure supports that mission: aligning capital allocation with innovation, enabling data-driven decision making, and maintaining the fiscal rigor needed to grow responsibly.I bring a pragmatic, metrics-oriented approach to leadership—optimizing systems, improving visibility across departments, and translating complex financial insights into clear, actionable strategy. Above all, I’m passionate about partnering with our executive and engineering teams to build a financially resilient foundation for Launchpad’s continued expansion and long-term success.
