I continue to follow the industry standard of 24/48/72: 24-hour contact, 48-hour inspection and 72 hours to submit for review. Based on the logistics you provide; I will only accept those claims that I can complete in a timely fashion. My schedule of claims and their completion is uppermost in my mind. It is my intent to provide you with the professional attention demanded. My 2021 goal is to go over and above the industry standard. The software I use is Xactimate as well Xactimate Tokens, Sketch, Excel, and Word. I am familiar with Xactanylsis and am pleased to see the significant changes in File Trac. As always, both commercial and residential properties are my focus. Field investigation, liability claims and expert witness testimony to include depositions along with taking recorded statements also fall within my services. My service area is Tennessee (the Tennessee Triangle of Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga and Western Kentucky for which I am licensed. This translates to claims within a 150-mile radius of my home base of Nashville, Tennessee. Partnering and working in concert with you and your firm is my goal for 2021.
