As a Computer Information Services Technician at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for students, faculty, and staff. I also assist with the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software, and ensure the security and reliability of the IT infrastructure. Before joining Caldwell in May 2023, I worked as a Technical Support Analyst at ECRS (ECR Software Corporation) for four months, where I supported the deployment and configuration of point-of-sale systems for retail clients. Prior to that, I was an Information Technology Support Consultant at Appalachian State University for over three years, where I helped users with various IT issues and requests and participated in multiple projects to improve the IT services and systems. I graduated from Appalachian State University in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology - Human Services, which gave me a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies to help me grow my career in IT. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and I always strive to deliver high-quality and timely solutions to the end-users and customers.
