Proven Leadership through 8 years of Honorable military service. I am a versatile and adaptable leader who can contribute to almost any project or task. I am currently pursuing an Executive MPA program through Syracuse. My core competencies include data analysis, training and development, policy implementation, inventory and productivity management, organizational communication, and risk mitigation and cost reduction. I have a passion for knowledge and in steady pursuit of wisdom. As an Engineer at Stemco and formerly an Engineer Intern at Komatsu, I have developed my technical skills: mechanical, electronic, and electrical competencies. I have sought out mentors in the respective field and have assisted in projects that involve advanced instrumentation and testing practices to produce Results. We use that data to ensure that each product that finds itself in a real-world application is of the utmost quality and meets and exceeds performance expectations. I value most of all interpersonal relations, as I have worked with Management, other engineers, electricians, mechanics and operators and each has offered knowledge that have assisted me on my path of personal growth and development. I have been awarded for my work within the Marine Corps and the Army for my service to others. I have been the President of a Student Organization and led our team to win a National Robotics Competition that UT Tyler has been trying to win for over 20 years. I have proven my skills of excellence, honor, and leadership all of which is attributed to interpersonal relations and mentorship from others.
