About Timothy Johnston

Born in 1964, and raised in Syracuse, NY, I moved to Virginia in 1985 for dental school, MCV School of Dentistry. I established Norge Dental Center in Williamsburg, VA, after graduating dental school in 1989. Norge Dental Center is known for taking a proactive approach to dentistry, as well as an emphasis on education and technology. We are constantly researching – materials, techniques and technology—to find what’s best for our patients. My staff and I daily live the mission we first implemented 20 years ago: to “look after the needs of our patients so thoroughly and with the highest level of competence, integrity, and care, that they will feel privileged to be members of our family of patients.” Also, that our patients will respect our value, accept our recommendations, and feel so well cared for, that they will feel compelled to invite others to become lifelong members of this same practice family. My qualified, hard-working staff are a big part of my professional success. I train them and encourage them based on my philosophy of business. I start with high standards, and train my people well and then entrust them to do their best for the patients.
