About Timothy Monteleone

The views expressed on this site are my own. They do not reflect the official position of any of my employers, past or present. Throughout my 21+ year Federal career, I’ve thrived in roles serving as the bridge connecting mission functions, technologists, and executive leaders tackling some of their most pressing challenges. I’ve been able to translate jargon and cut through confusion and miscommunication to identify solutions to core problems. I’ve learned that ‘no’ and ‘can’t’ are often just code for assumptions that need to be reexamined. My recent work has been in fighting fraud and ensuring program integrity, built on a career including work in organizational design, IT management, and Federal budgeting.I'm interested in new problems to solve, and new domains in which to learn and grow as I reassess the next phase of my career journey.
