Hi, my name is Timothy Culinary school graduate, Bachelors in business management and Fine Arts Washington DC Native, Full culinary expertise with a passion for opening new restaurants and consulting for new companies and establishments. Begging form my French culinary training for two years I have worked my way around the DMV working for reputable companies acquiring on job knowledge for the past 7 years. Opening a total of 8 restaurants 6 being in the United States and 2 located in East Africa. I continue to use my love for cooking and education to pursue a chef consulting career for my upcoming future I'm actively working towards a fulltime consulting position for restaurant and hospitality organizations to seek my expertise in areas that involve SOP, recipe development, staff training, food costing and customer care. My most active hobbies are film photography, outdoor sports ( hiking, fishing,) cooking for family and friends. Culinary Management, HR, Recruitment, on job training, Food safety and sales management for company growth and client retention.
