About Timothy Shaver

A lifelong resident of the Washington, DC area, I’ve worked in residential remodeling and custom home construction since 2005. With 20 years of industry experience, I bring a deep understanding of construction management, field coordination, procurement strategy, and client communication. I specialize in collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution, and I’ve built an extensive network of manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors to support complex, high-end builds. In my current role, I oversee the complete buyout and construction process for fully custom homes ranging from to square feet. My portfolio includes high-end features such as custom wine cellars, golf simulator rooms, luxury swimming pools, spa-style bathrooms, state-of-the-art home theaters, and expansive outdoor living spaces. There's something incredibly rewarding about bringing a new structure to life, shaping every detail, and seeing a vision take form through careful planning and craftsmanship. Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, golf, squash, and tackling the next big renovation project at home.
