I just now realized that my LinkedIn profile is not current. I received an amazing opportunity with Catholic Charities and have never looked back! I promise to update this in the very near future and share my current status as well as my newfound happiness as Lead Rural Case Manager at Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada!(updated 11/17) I am currently attending online classes to obtain my Associates in Business Management, to be completed Spring 2020. I have been in the retail industry for just over 20 years, including Store Manager for four different companies where I successfully managed the location while gaining experience in recruiting, hiring and training, scheduling, Profit and Loss sheets, business to business and cold calling, and creating ultimate customer satisfaction. I have also gained knowledge in Excel/Word/Outlook, ADP, Kronos, Micros, HotSchedules, and AS400, as well as other scheduling and inventory programs. In my previous roles, I developed a passion, not just for leading my teams through successful wins, but also passion for representing and marketing my brand, as well as recruiting, hiring, and training new associates who shared that same passion and drive. Even though I stepped down from my Store Manager role, into an Assistant Manager role with a different company, to continue my education, I am ready to step back, for my new career, where I can not only further my personal growth, but to align myself with a brand that I can stand behind, a brand that I can stay with for the long haul!
