Timothy Sterling is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction, and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a licensed General Contractor in four states and is the Qualifier for Sterling Services LLC. Mr. Sterling started his career as a journeyman carpenter and has furthered his professional career holding a number of field and management positions. Over the past 16 years with Suffolk he has held the positions of Project Superintendent, General Superintendent and Project Executive, and served as the Vice President of Commercial work in the Southeast Region from 2004 to 2011. Mr. Sterling was instrumental in leading the growth of Suffolk in the Miami marketplace, and now leads the Sterling Services team in the acquisition of new business opportunities in the Southeast. As a testament to Mr. Sterling's leadership and commitment to the successful growth of Suffolk, several of his projects have been recognized with Excellence in Construction awards selected by the Associated Builders and Contractors.
