About Timothy Stratton

I am a design-oriented Lab Planner with a diverse background in architecture, interiors, and laboratory planning. I have demonstrated my strengths throughout many phases of design, including programming, conception, documentation, and construction administration. I consistently demonstrate my abilities with the design team, assisting with well-crafted and innovative solutions that are valuable to the client, and community. At BSA, I thrive within the design team, providing a balance of ideas and critique to the project. While communicating closely with my teammates and clients, I have advanced my expertise in designing working environments for the healthcare, laboratory, education and administration industries. I am proficient in Revit and other 3D modeling programs, and these skills enable me to add exceptional value to my projects. I have managed Revit models internally and externally, in model sharing with other architecture firms and engineers on complex projects. Furthermore, I have used design sketches, modeling, and manipulation to communicate my intended design transparently to my peers.
