About Timothy Tanner

I have over 28 years of experience in K-12 and higher education as an Instructional Resources Coordinator, Innovation Specialist, Educational Technology Specialist, Quality Assurance Manager, Teacher, and Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Charleston. In my current role of Instructional Resources Coordinator, I manage the Clever single sign on platform for our district of students and teachers. This includes rostering and troubleshooting issues for the entire district. I manage a multimillion dollar budget for our district with approximately 70 educational software titles. In addition to these main roles, I also manage our licensed WeVideo and Zoom accounts for the district. I enjoy leading teams to meet their goals by setting clear expectations, mentoring team members, building consensus among others, defining strategies and implementing plans accordingly. My skills include educational technology, professional development, rostering, troubleshooting, team management, project management, team building development, curriculum development, quality assurance, program development, and budget management. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors (beach, mountains, lake), listening to music, attending concerts, and playing guitar.
