I provide advisory services to companies that are experiencing disruption, adapting to new market dynamics, or need business model re-design. I lead large-scale, data-intensive programs in cost structure re-design, sales effectiveness and revenue growth, M&A due diligence and integration, organizational re-design, and interim management. My role as a senior leader is to provide vision and direction to staff, manage stakeholder needs and expectations, and ensure data-driven, successful, and timely outcomes.
