We do this by living out our Belongships: Be Authentic * Be Ethical * Be Intentional * Be Empowered * Be Dynamic I am passionate about helping people and accomplish this through identifying effective and creative ideas to solve problems. My career has been spent helping companies of all sizes acquire the best coverage for the lowest cost and this continues to drive me each and every day. I am proud of the fact that I have had a key role in The Insurance Center being better known for the problems we solve than the products we sell. We are focused on making an impact and raising everyone at the clients we serve – from the executive team to the newest associates. My experience at The Insurance Center has provided me the opportunity to help businesses solve many types of challenges – from providing the best healthcare, dental, and vision plans to finding the best voluntary work site products to meet the needs of individuals. Currently, I spend a lot of time working on solving unique challenges for our clients such as succession planning, executive management compensation, estate planning, short-and-long-term disability, and limited benefit indemnity plans [Tim, please edit this list and add others that are more relevant]. I also enjoy mentoring and coaching my teammates at The Insurance Center. I am constantly my knowledge and experiences with our team as assisting with sales approaches and conversations. When I am not at work, I am focused on family and enjoying every moment I can with them.
