In my 34 years in management, I have worked across many facets of the hospitality industry, from operations through to direct sales. My previous work experience has given me the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and assignments simultaneously. I am considered a creative trouble-shooter, with the ability to quickly identify problems and implement practical solutions. I have been called an effective leader with the skills to build highly motivated, productive and diverse teams. I am skilled in all facets of operations management including, recruitment, quality assurance, staff coaching & development, health and safety compliance, budget and inventory management along with developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures. Proven ability to quickly learn and utilize new methods, systems, and technology.
