My name is Timothy and I am an accomplished leader with extensive experience across the areas of information technology, quality assurance, system integration, and process improvement. I have almost 9 years of consecutive leadership experience for a prominent banking institution, Washington Federal. I am frequently commended by senior management for exemplary performance and have attained multiple promotions during my career. I am recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management degree at Western Governor’s University and I'm eager to return to the IT field. During my career, I have excelled in leadership roles of progressive responsibility, such as Assistant Vice President, Systems Integration Manager, Operations Project Manager, and Digital Channels Manager. I have proven leadership abilities in managing complex technical projects from inception to completion and overseeing multiple departments comprised of teams of up to 15 members. I also have robust IT proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in overseeing the software development life-cycle.
