About Timothy Wade

If you ask people who I am, you will get a wide variety of answers. To some I am a chef. To others, I am a writer. In a past life I drove tractor-trailers across the United States and Canada. I have served as a volunteer counselor in prisons, and have even been a college pastor, and audio and video technician. As the apostle Paul says in the Bible, I have become all things to all people. Through all of these roles I have been a Christian, a believer in Jesus Christ. At times I have not been a good representation of what I believe or the One who died for my sins. I confess that I have been working out my salvation with much fear and trembling - a lot of trembling. Through it all, though, I have come away with a wide variety of knowledge, experience and wisdom that I seek to share with those people with whom I come in contact with on a day to day basis. Part of that knowledge and wisdom is contained in a 38 page mini-book I have written called Mindfulness in the Workplace: How to grow your business while building your people. Written from a Christian point of view, this mini-book teaches business owners and managers how to build and maintain a healthy team of dedicated employees, while at the same time building profitability and excellent customer service.
