I’m a Business Management major, graduating from Cedarville University in May 2026. With a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, I am actively seeking a full time opportunity post grad to apply my academic knowledge and practical skills in a real-world business environment. Currently, I am honing my skills as a Campus Experience Operations Executive at Cedarville University, where I help lead a team of 22 students in coordinating and executing over 1,300 campus events annually. This role has significantly strengthened my abilities in leadership, delegation, and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to this, I contributed as a Campus Experience Operations Team Member, where I further developed my expertise in event management and operations. I am certified in Microsoft Excel, enhancing my ability to work in diverse and dynamic environments. My key competencies include operations management, team leadership, clear communication, and critical thinking. I am passionate about leveraging innovative thinking and collaborative teamwork to drive results and contribute to organizational success.
