About Timothy Weber

I grow up in our families farm, so work came early both in age and in AM hours. I still have that mentality when it comes to my career today. I have been working in the logistics and transportation industry for over 20 years, holding many positions with UPS. Starting like so many other do as a loader of trucks at age seventeen. I became a team leader within a few years of being with the company. I worked as a Shop Stewart and a driver while in the union. Today at UPS I'm an operations supervisor, overseeing one of many outbound loading docks. I manage between 15 to 20 people engaged in various jobs to keep the operation moving. UPS has provided me with the flexibility to attempt and achieve different intrest and dreams I have had. like the opportunity to serve my country as an NCO in the US Army for nearly 10 years, continuing my work on our family farm, learning to 3d print, and python. I love to learn and I'm looking for an opportunity to get into the AI industry.
