Blessed to have worked within the Petrochemical, Pipeline, Manufacturing, Construction, and Oil/Gas Exploration/Production industries and have met many incredible and awesome people. I'm a "people person." I think that's the term, used several years ago, and it's helped me personally and to build STS Solutions, Inc. into the successful consulting firm it is today. We are Honest: taking pride in opportunities to share our beliefs, failures, strengths and reasons; striving to provide the best solution, even if that means foregoing profit. We are Accessible: taking the time to be present; listening. We utilize Expertise: allowing others to have our best ideas; never making assumptions, but instead asking that extra question to understand the full picture; utilizing suggestions rather than instructions. We are Cool: having a calm approach to discussions and pondering points in our own time; understanding the value of patience; getting excited about opportunities to help others. As President/CSO, I'm honored that the Business Journal named our firm to the 2014 Who's Who in Energy as well as being recognized by peer Entrepreneurs and Associations. I routinely traverse the globe, energetically speaking with people interested in learning how to provide safe working environments and develop safe working cultures through building personal and authentic relationships.
