Skilled consultant with 15 years of experience providing technical, analytical, evaluation, and strategic management support in academic and public sector settings. My early career experience conducting projects in neuroscience and behavioral health research provided a wealth of knowledge and ability in the technical design, execution and communication of studies based on best practice research methodologies. I expanded this technical skillset to the public sector with graduate education in public management and policy analysis, focusing on performance management, program evaluation, and health policy analysis. I have assisted federal, state and local government organizations in the evaluation of legislative and programmatic efforts related to traumatic brain injury, substance use, behavioral health, disability and independent living, and community resource capacity. I have enjoyed working with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders to help programs demonstrate social impact and achieve their goals through strategic management, analytics, communications and evaluation support.
