My foundation was shaped at Boston Consulting Group, where I worked on a digital healthcare venture across technology, business, product, and operations. That experience trained me to bring structure to ambiguity, pressure-test decisions, and drive alignment across teams that rarely speak the same language. I’m now a Product Manager at Superbank, leading digital transformation and onboarding/acquisition initiatives that expand financial access for underserved communities in Indonesia. My work combines analytical depth with execution: designing funnels, building roadmaps, and translating complex datasets into product decisions that move core metrics and portfolios—not vanity KPIs. Outside my day job, I co-lead Learning & Development at Indonesian Youth Diplomacy, driving programs at the intersection of youth, sustainability, and global policy. I’ve also worked as a Senior Consultant with Indonesian Youth for Society on SME empowerment and economic inclusion. These roles let me apply the same strategic discipline to broader societal challenges. At my core, I’m someone who builds systems, not just features—someone who connects stakeholders, diagnoses problems with data, and drives initiatives from idea to implementation.
