I’m a founder and a managing director at Moveanywhere and World Talents. With over 10 years of experience in investment migration service, I’ve supported 100+ HNWIs from various regions looking to move and invest in foreign jurisdictions. I strongly believe that by transferring knowledge and talent across the globe and centers of innovation and by providing researchers and startup founders with necessary resources, he and his team create economic opportunities and benefit the society. World Talents is an internationally operated organization with its main office located in Lisbon, Portugal. Ever since its foundation in 2018, it has been offering entrepreneurs, executives and investors with hybrid investment migration solutions. The programs offer flexible residency which is a core focus and need for many global businesspeople. I work closely with universities, R&D institutions, VC's and designated organizations to facilitate immigration of talented people and startups to Portugal, Canada, the US, the UK, Spain and other popular destinations. Having an extensive background in international investment migration and tax law, I carefully guide clients through the world's innovative landscape and help local businesses thrive globally. I have consulted various investment organizations and helped more than 100 clients, their families and businesses move to places that are more suitable for achieving their goals. Previously, in 2016-2018, I led the Discus Holdings' representative office in CIS countries and Turkey. I advised customers on tax residence and obtaining citizenship and residence through investments and intermediaries liaison. Before working at Discus Holdings' I set up the company's presence in Russia and acted as a manager for the process of acquisition of businesses in the UK for immigration purposes with GH Canfields LLP, a UK law firm. I have a Master's degree in Tax Law and Taxation from Moscow State Academy of Law named after O.E. Kutafin and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University. These experiences allow me to effectively thrive in the investment migration industry.
