About Tina Bausinger

Doctor of Higher Education and Educational Technologies and Administration through Texas A&M University Commerce. I have worked for the last thirteen years on both college and high school campuses, learning everything I could about students in multiple stages of life. I have written curriculum for both college and high school classrooms, AP and dual credit courses, and have studied higher education administration extensively. In the past, I have worked as an instructor at Tyler Junior College, the University of Texas at Tyler, and at Amarillo College. Courses I have taught include: Composition I and II, World Literature, American Literature, Dual Credit Courses and AP Literature courses.I have published prolifically in creative writing and journalistic writing. I am a seasoned conference speaker, discussing issues in education and writing. I was keynote speaker at the East Texas English Language and Literature Conference (2018). I also conducted breakout sessions at DFW Writers Conference, Southwest Writing Center Conference, and NISOD. My writing has been published in many venues, both in the US and internationally. I hold a BA and MA in English.
