About Tina Botha
I was born in South Africa and as a CODA (Child of Deaf adults) my life experience has added to my growth. With 22 years professional experience as a South African Sign Language Interpreter, my civil partner and I decided to relocate, bags and all, to England in 2016 and we've never looked back. In our new home country, I did not continue on my path as a professional Sign Language Interpreter, but instead thought, new country, new opportunities. Although it took a good couple of months to get onto the job market, it did not take long to work my way up. What started off as a bank position with InHealth, has developed to an Operations Support Manager role. I am blessed to manage a wonderful team of 9 and enjoy the day to day practice of a demanding yet fulfilling role. I am a dedicated, understanding, flexible, focused, systematic and down to earth individual who values team work, skills transfer and honesty.
