About Tina Brilli

I am a Principal Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Specialist at Northrop Grumman, with over 12 years of experience in various financial services. I have a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset, and I take an individualized approach to institutional and client challenges. I aim to exceed the broader objectives and expectations of the organization I serve. As one of the four inaugural members of a new team overseeing compliance and audit readiness within Mission Systems Global Supply Chain in San Diego, I provide audit support, attend audits, and work to disseminate results and provide trainings to Mission Systems Procurement and Subcontracts teams. I also conduct internal audits of purchase orders and recommend corrective actions. In addition, I am a member of the sector Commercial Item Review Group, where I review Commercial Item Determinations over and provide feedback and recommendations. I value my contributions to my teams and seek to support, engage, and promote my peers and create/contribute to a dynamic company culture. I was selected for the Fulbright International Educator Administrator 2021, which is a testament to my passion for learning and global engagement.
