About Tina Broussard
Growing up in various cities in California I was fortunate to have skilled and encouraging art teachers throughout elementary and high school. During the years I've worked at Deep In The Heart Art Foundry since 1982 (learning alot there!), I've taken ceramics classes with Jo Watts in Smithville, Tx, with Leah Leitson at John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, No. Carolina and with the Quezada family in Mata Ortiz, Mexico. Sculpture classes focusing on the human figure, doing a relief, bust and full figure, were taken with Wei Li (Willy) Wang in Houston, Tx.
