I love food – I am passionate about it! And it’s been a major part of my career, which encompasses a variety of food manufacturing and consultancy businesses in Germany, Scotland and Australia. I am an Engagement specialist, who focuses on achieving clear and agreed business expectations between stakeholders as well as connecting stakeholders to form strong working partnerships. I can and love to think analytically and critically: how to best facilitate individual and team activities that are framed around sound exploration & evaluation of data to maximise improvement opportunities and strategic intent. My approach to anything in business is risk-based and process-oriented, while at the same time getting everyone in the boat to ensure effective project management and productive liaison with clients that optimise the outcome for all.
