I have the right combination of relevant staffing experience, communication skills and high levels of organization that makes me a strong candidate. I am a self-motivated organized individual who functions well in both a team and individual work environment. Through my career I have developed comprehensive understanding of a wide range of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll and policy and procedure development. I believe employee relationships are the heart of HR, which is why I consistently stress collaboration and building relationships among teams. I have revamped onboarding and orientation processes, implemented face to face checkpoints and implemented fun initiatives to drive team morale and engagement. I have also implemented employee ‘town hall’ initiatives to gauge company loyalty bonds, training reactions and areas of concerns to enable continued growth in my organization to enrich work and work life balance. I am a driven induvial who continues to remain current in my profession as well as my own professional development by also being enrolled in the Occupation Health and Safety Certification through the University of Alberta. Both Human Resources and Safety are professions that continue to evolve daily and ensure all our associates go home to their families in the same, emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing as the came in to help our organization meet our goals and objectives. I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication. I have experience with HRIS systems and change management initiatives and enjoy the face pace of the Human Resources roles and responsibilities, I consider this to be an incredibly rewarding career and would love to become part of your Team. I ensure all workers from time of arrival to start date of employment are able to get all documentation (e.g. bank accounts, SIN number ect.) orientation packages, travel to and from locations and accommodation sourcing.
