Responsible for owning athlete and corporate partner communication and relationships to coordinate and manage vehicle, accessory and part deliverables detailed in contract or deal point agreements. Areas of focus are regular and consistent communication with partners and dealers on coordination of information and deliverables, processing and tracking documentation while managing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and athletes. Assist with WOTT Training team activity, set-up and execute ORV Dealer training and dealer/consumer demos. Layout and build ride courses to ensure safe, responsible riding while clearly demonstrating product superiority. Provide in-field sales training to dealers, provide input for the development of training curriculum and materials in conjunction with product managers, engineering and marketing staff. Possess strong knowledge of Polaris Products. Conduct competitive positions on pricing, performance, programs and actions in relation to Polaris and the market. Manage truck, trailer, and demo vehicle inventory, scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance and repairs. Assist lead trainer with coordination of loading and transport of WOTT trailers and equipment. Complete condition reports for all saleable units and deliver to auction. Assist marketing in research and provide updates to marketing/engineering to develop videos, brochures and training material. Involvement with planning and executing corporate events, production introductions, photo shoots and magazine tests.
