My background has a unique level of diversity, with a strong focus within the auto and customer service industries. In the auto industry, my background extends over 10 years with a focus in both direct and indirect lending. Starting out in the traditional avenue of direct lending, by way of auto dealership; with a completion in the indirect auto finance division of auto refinance. I have held the following positions within the auto industry: finance manager, finance director, loan processor, credit analyst, funding supervisor, area sales manager, and loan processing manager. In the customer service industry, my background extends over 20 years, covering a broad spectrum which includes mortgage (national subpoena document review specialist, business analyst, call center for customer service - claims representative), auto (details above), and background services check (contract administrator-processor for migration accounts), and driver qualification specialists.
