I have worked as a Community Mental Health Support Worker for over 6 years using Recovery Based Model as well as Strength Based. I have been in the Mental Health Sector for over 10 years. With all my experiences I have moved into different roles from assessing referrals/intakes (as part of my problem solving skills) onto supporting individuals transitioning from the hospital into their local community.
