Background

About Tina Ricks

I am a purpose-driven professional with experience in skilled nursing admissions, K–12 CTE education, and small business ownership. With a foundation in business administration (MBA) and ongoing doctoral studies in healthcare (DHA), I bring both compassion and strategy to every role I step into. Whether I’m helping families transition into long-term care or equipping students with workplace skills, my focus remains the same: to serve people with integrity, excellence, and empathy. I believe that leadership is not about power — it’s about people. That belief shapes the way I lead teams, guide students, and support communities. Currently serving as an HR Director in a skilled nursing facility, I also have experience as an Admissions Director and as a CTE teacher in both Virginia and North Carolina. I’m also the proud owner of Ricks Quality Cleaning Service, which I co-founded in 2020. I’m seeking new opportunities that allow me to continue helping others in a positive, respectful environment — whether in admissions, education, or a mission-aligned administrative role.
