I didn’t plan on a career in life sciences—it found me. Fresh out of college with a Sociology degree and a love for San Diego, I landed a role in commercial market access at a leading CRO, that fueled my passion for helping people.In patient services, I worked directly with patients and healthcare providers to overcome barriers to high-cost therapies. This remains the most impactful experience of my career, and I always encourage anyone starting in life sciences to spend time with patients—they are, after all, what matters most.With a love for data and problem-solving, I seized the opportunity to join the PMO group as a reporting and analytics business analyst. I didn’t know it at the time, but this would be where I learned from some of the best in business process, system implementation, project management, and PMO leadership—launching my career in IT and Consulting.As a Life Sciences IT Leader, I’ve driven transformational IT initiatives across more than a dozen life sciences organizations, spanning system implementation, change management, agile PMO leadership, IT-business alignment, vendor selection, release management, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. My goal: To leverage my proven track record of delivering results, building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and passion for IT solutions to drive transformation in life sciences organizations.
