About Tinbit D.

With over 10 years of leading project and program planning and implementation, as well as, developing OKRs for progress outcomes and deliveries, I possess valuable experience in INGO, private and public sector environments. I specialise in designing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, leading crisis management situations and providing strategic and sustainable product, policy and process solutions to online safety issues, livelihood improvements and children and youth education programs. With a keen interest in online safety, I have gained experience in the creation of roadmaps, risk strategies and actionable insight that maintain the integrity of online services. Through creativity, I propose solutions that navigate through obstacles and overcome roadblocks affecting user wellbeing. My exposure to proposal writing, sustainability and end-to-end program delivery has resulted in improved relations and growth in crisis countries, as well as new opportunities and partnerships. I strive to achieve excellence in everything I do and I am open to learning, which has shaped my work ethics. Some of my contributions include introducing tools that utilised AI software and successfully automated processes. I created effective market strategies at TechnoServe to enhance the livelihood of women and youth; implemented educational programs at Whiz Kids and piloted the first TV animation series ‘Tibeb Girls’ to empower audiences on difficult to discuss topics. Heavily invested on relationship-building and mapping out relevant stakeholders be it with in a company or across a sector to ensure impactful decisions are calibrated and agreed upon to ensure the success, adoption and implementation of projects. I have hands-on experience managing high performing teams and have led several high profile engagement strategies and initiatives.
