It is in the action that the magic lies, a wise man once said. Below you can read about me but let´s meet instead! The essence of being someone else's assistant is to be at the forefront of, to have an overview of and know the day before it begins, to be able to change tracks quickly and to have the right tools ready so that the right decisions can be made, in the short and long term. I want to land in a serious company where I contribute with a good mood, a net to land the "many balls in the air", professional support, a development mindset, good cooperation, and good experience. The Executive Assistant/PA area or HR Operations are my focus areas and here I contribute with energy, passion, commitment and a happy smile and good mood. Here I can work and support the person, the department, the strategy, the development, and contribute to growth and a good working environment. I am extremely results-oriented and have a great service gene and enjoy supporting others to success. I keep focus on all elements of support in a busy C level Executive's daily life, or the life of a busy department and am known to be several steps ahead. I have good language skills (Danish, English, German, French) and enjoy both translations and proof reading. With a solid work experience within management services, support, teaching, communication, and project management, I am used to being a go to person, planning and managing processes both as a facilitator, teacher, and support. I have continuously supplemented my professional knowledge with courses in communication, learning, HR and most recently a Process Consultant training from Mannaz. PERSONAL SKILLS The good ambassador in the organization, solution-oriented, and handles confidential information I have organizational understanding and can perform at management level I inspire confidence, have a positive and contagious energy and create good relationships across the organization with a loyal approach to the brand, the strategy. Quality oriented with a high service gene I am characterized as independent, sharp, proactive, and positive. MOTIVATION I am motivated by structuring, planning, facilitating, and implementing projects and managing several tasks in parallel - to learn new things and provide input for better or new processes. My focus in every context is on the VP/task/department and the kind of support needed, good and appreciative communication, knowledge sharing, development and a good working environment.
