About Tingwei G.

As a Senior Graphic Designer at the City of Brampton, I focus on creating clear, engaging, and visually thoughtful digital and print solutions across a wide range of communication channels. With over nine years of industry experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything from 2D/3D graphics, infographics, and animations to pitches, explainer videos, and product demos - often collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.I approach design with curiosity and intention, blending aesthetics, function, and innovation. My Master of Design from NSCAD University helped shape this perspective and continues to guide how I solve problems and develop visual systems. I enjoy working closely with designers, editors, and stakeholders, and I’m always open to learning, exchanging ideas, and pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand standards.I’m also grateful to have contributed to several projects that highlight the city’s cultural and creative identity. Thrilled to share that the “Brampton On Stage June to December 2025 Season Brochure” received a Gold Award at the 2025 MarCom Awards, and that I served as the lead proposal designer for the 2025 Brampton Arts Walk of Fame.Being part of the City of Brampton’s design team has been a meaningful experience, and I’m proud to help elevate the city’s brand and digital presence.
