I’m Tireca Bright — a woman of resilience, faith, and purpose.For over 25 years in the social-services field, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges. That experience taught me this: healing isn’t linear, but hope is powerful — and it multiplies when shared.My lifelong motto, “Reach One, Teach One,” still guides everything I do. Whether it’s mentoring young women, supporting behavioral-health clients, or teaching candle-making as a form of mindfulness, my mission is to remind others that they can Rebuild, Reuse, and Repair their lives at any time.In 2022, I founded KoncreteRose Candle Co. — a wellness brand born from the belief that self-care should be both intentional and beautiful. What started as hand-poured soy candles accented with botanicals has blossomed into workshops, speaking engagements, and community events centered on the Five Pillars of Resiliency.A year later, I launched the Women’s Wellness Wednesday Podcast on The Big Exclusive Network, creating space for real conversations about recovery, purpose, and feminine strength.Today, you’ll find me mentoring, speaking, and building partnerships that amplify wellness and resiliency for women and youth.
