I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Education in Information Technology at Seneca College, where I have acquired strong foundational skills in computer systems and upcoming/latest technologies. I have been recognized with the President's Honour List award twice for my academic excellence. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. Currently, I am working with LCBO as an IT Operations Analyst where I am mainly responsible for monitoring and analyzing the IT systems of the organization and implementing the standard operating procedures for smooth functioning of the IT systems. As an IT Administrator at Portfolio+, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal users, using Jira Service Desk, PDQ Deploy & inventory, and other tools. I also assisted my team with network administration and information security tasks, ensuring the reliability and safety of the IT systems and data. I am enthusiastic about contributing my knowledge and dedication to a global organization, where I can continue to drive IT excellence and innovation.
