In my 30 months of Journey as a Proprietary trader at firms like Mansukh Securities in beginning of my career and currently at Junomoneta Finsol Pvt. Ltd. I had come across that ups and downs of the markets teaches you a lot about different kinds of aspects of your professional work life. It's a worthy experience to know that why SEBI highlights everyday every time when we open up broking applications like Zerodha, Angel, Upstox etc. that 9/10 retailers are occurring losses on Net basis. My professional journey till now has taught me a lot about mindset that a person needs to have in capital markets especially in derivates segment to earn consistent 1.5-2% Profit per month on a Monthly basis that will eventually lead you to 18-24% gains at year end. If I would like to summaries in short, the lessons that I learned from this journey till now would be 1. Consistency is the key to success 2. Don't afraid to make the mistakes but be afraid to not to accept it and not taking positives from it to improve yourself in future 3. Price is the king in the market ( Bhav Bhagvan Che )4. Always add some learning to strategies that you're working in 5. Your plan to earn 75% of profit should be from Strategy 'A' and rest 25% comes from strategies 'B to Z'In my case strategy 'A' is Calendar spread 6. Your loses are your best teacher 7. Don't try to be king of the market, it's okay to be slave of the market 8. Your focus and discipline will lead you to ultimate success9. Market is the only place where you can take 100% of your decision on your thought process. You don't have to depend on any other person 10. Don't be rigid. As the world says change is only constant and it applies to market as well.
